The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral on the              
following at the request of Representative Hudson, Chair:                      
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 338(FIN)                                               
"An Act relating to the issuance of revenue bonds for acquisition             
and construction of the Northern Crossroads Discovery Center for               
the Ship Creek Landings Project; relating to a study of the                    
feasibility and financial viability of the Northern Crossroads                 
Discovery Center; relating to construction of the Northern                     
Crossroads Discovery Center; and providing for an effective date."             
                                                                               
                                                                               
CSSB 338(FIN) was removed from the Labor & Commerce Committee                  
and referred to the Finance Committee.
